Parent Volunteers

Each swim team family is expected to work a minimum of two dual meets.  A team as big as Seven Hills only works when everyone pitches in and does their part.  It takes at least 50 people to run one home meet.  Some people work every meet, but each family must work a minimum of two meets.  Sign up early for the greatest variety of job choices.  The greatest need is for people certified to work as starter, referee or stroke & turn judges.  If you are unable to work a dual meet, we have city meet volunteer requirements and city meet is on the weekend.

We have restructured the team responsibilities, so that one or two people are not responsible for every aspect of the team.  If you would like to help in any of these spots, please contact the person in charge of that part.  There’s room for everyone!
