GOODBYE weird winter and HELLO beautiful S*P*R*I*N*G!! We’re super excited to get outside, watch the trees brighten up and start our spring training programs. Those warm sunny days are around the corner and we have a fun packed tennis and social schedule!

Ladies NALTA Team Practices:
Our NALTA teams train once a week in the mornings and compete every Thursday morning against other local clubs from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Whether you’ve played on a team before or not, if you’re interested in becoming part of one of our NALTA teams, please contact our tennis pro-staff to help you get started.
- Ladies A1 Team Clinic: Mondays 9:00-10:30 a.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
- Ladies A4 Team Clinic: Wednesdays 10:00-11:30 a.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
- Ladies B6 Team Clinic: Tuesdays 9:30-11:00 a.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
Working Women Clinic:
Our Working Women teams need you! Captains are currently looking to add teammates to their rosters. And even if you don’t want to be part of a team, join us for our fun clinics. This clinic is designed for those who may not be able to participate in our NALTA team clinics in the mornings. Clinics will involve pro-fed drills, rallying, cooperative drilling, and real match play scenarios.
- Working Women Clinic: Thursdays 6:45-8:15 p.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
Pump up the volume and your heart rate with a high energy workout on the court! Cardio Tennis uses high intensity tennis drills to improve fitness and skills. These clinics will feature drills that give you an ultimate, high-energy workout while helping you with your agility, speed, footwork, hand-eye coordination and of course, fun!
- Cardio Tennis Clinic (all levels): Fridays 9:00-10:30 a.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
MEN’S PROGRAMS (March 5th – May 25th: 12 weeks):
Men’s Team Practice:
Exclusively designed for both of our award winning 7 Hills MTTL men’s teams. However, if you play at that level or higher and would like to train with us, come join our clinic for a great workout full of advanced singles and doubles training drills.
- Men’s Team Clinic: Mondays 6:30-8:00 p.m. (cost: $20-25.00).
Men’s Night Clinic and Round Robin:
This is a strictly fun clinic for all the men at the club. Over the years, our men’s tennis enthusiasts have developed great camaraderie during this time. This clinic involves a very relaxed hour of fun games. Afterwards, you may choose to stay, grab a partner and play a couple of friendly sets of doubles against other men from the club while enjoying some refreshments.
- Men’s Clinic and Round Robin: Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 p.m. (Cost: $20.00).

Peewees (4 – 6 years old):
Very beginner! Using very low compression balls, this group will train on a 36’ court and play with 19”, 21” or 23” racquets. Emphasis will be placed on fun activities in order to improve balance, hand-eye coordination, footwork and the introduction of proper tennis mechanics. Once ready, players will be moved to the Rising Stars group.
Rising Star (7-10 Years Old):
The group will be divided into 7-8 yrs. and 9-10 yrs. old or according to level. Following QuickStart guidelines, the 7-8 group will play on a 36’ court while the 9-10 group will play on a 60’ court using the appropriate low compression balls for each group. Emphasis will be placed on perfecting stroke development, mechanics, techniques and footwork. In addition, students will participate in fun activities, games and “live ball” match situations as an introduction to real tennis play and to encourage maximum enjoyment of the game.
Challengers (Intermediate +):
Playing on a full size court, this is an intermediate version of our tournament tough program. It involves pro-fed drills, rallying, cooperative drilling, and real match play scenarios in combination with top instruction and expectations on proper stroke mechanics. Some on this group usually play challenge matches, inter-club matches, novice tournaments and USTA non ranked tournaments.
Tournament Tough (Advanced. Schedule to be determined. Contact Carlos for more info):
An advanced program designed for junior tennis players competing in USTA tournaments at the local and national level. Designed with fast moving pro-fed drills and self-fed drills in order to develop perfect stroke mechanics and advanced strategy. Emphasis on advanced real match play situations, tactics, fitness, mental training and competition. This group is expected to play USTA tournaments and to play on middle and high school teams.
SOCIAL EVENT SCHEDULE:
Friday Night Lights! Nights full of tennis, music, grilling and fun.
How it works: Potluck style. Bring something to eat and drink. Come out, get paired up, play some tennis and dance (optional:).
Format: Doubles, mixed-doubles, all levels welcome.
Time: 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. (whenever).
Memorial Day Social: Monday, May 28th (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.): Kick off the summer with some fun! Potluck style. Bring something to eat and drink. Come out, get paired up, play some tennis and enjoy some tennis fellowship.
