ADULT SWIM TEAM
Do you want a new challenge while having fun, exercising and meeting new people? If you can swim from one end of the pool to the other, then this team is for you! This very social team is open to all Seven Hills members ages 19 and older. The 2024 registration is now closed. Interested in joining the 2025 team? Reach out to us at hello@sevenhillsclub.com.
Typical practice schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.

25 backstroke
25 breaststroke
100 individual medley
200 freestyle relay
200 medley relay*
*Relays are mixed gender
Meet schedule
We will have one home meet on Thursday, July 24 and three additional meets at locations TBD. Warm ups and competition are typically from 5 - 8 p.m.
