SEVEN HILLS’ DIVE TEAM

Make a splash this season! Dive into fun, friendship, and flips as your kid takes the plunge into the Seven Hills' dive team. Seasoned coaches Vanessa Rolfe and Sarah Jean Caver are committed to helping divers develop lifelong fitness skills and fulfill their potential for competitive diving. Diving is open to ages 4 to 18, and participants must be able to swim to the side from the diving board. Participants ages 7 and older need to be able to do a front dive off the end of the board. Divers must be members of Seven Hills. If your child is in need of some skills training and does not want to be on the team, you may want to consider our Saturday morning clinics. Please check back on this page in early May to find information about Saturday morning clinics.

Save the date! Join us for the swim and dive team open house on Sunday, April 6 from 2 - 4 p.m. in the club house.

2025 practice schedule

Pre-season practice schedule: May 12 - 15 and May 19 - 22 from 3:30 - 4:30 and 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Regular season practice schedule: May 27 - July 1, Monday - Friday
Ages 6 & under: 10:45 - 11:15 a.m. (and 4 - 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
Ages 7 - 10: 8:15 - 9 a.m. and 10 - 10:45 a.m. (one or the other) (and 4 - 5 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
Ages 11 - 14: 9 - 10 a.m.and 5 - 6 p.m. (and 5 - 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)
Ages 15 & older: 11:15 a.m. - 12 p.m. (and 5 - 6 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays only*)

*Afternoon practices are for those who are unable to make morning practices due to other commitments.

Fees
Seven Hills dive season is $180 + a $6 processing fee per diver.

Dive requirements for competing
Ages 6 and under: 1 required and 1 optional (can perform a skills jump)
Ages 7 - 8: 1 required and 1 optional (can perform a skills jump for dual meets and two regular dives for the city meet)
Ages 9 - 10: 2 required and 1 optional
Ages 11 - 12: 2 required and 2 optional
Ages 13 - 14: 3 required and 2 optional
Ages 15 - 19: 3 required and 3 optional

Register your diver(s) by clicking their age group below. Please register your diver in their age bracket according to their age on June 1, 2025.
If you are registering more than one diver, you will need to check out and pay for each diver individually.
Enter your diver’s name during the checkout process in the “add a note for the seller” section at the top.
After we receive your payment, you will receive an email with instructions to complete your 2025 dive registration. Your diver will not be added to the roster until you complete this step.
