Single adult tennis-only memberships include access to tennis, the tennis hut and pavilion, bocce, pickleball, social events and more. Single adult tennis-only memberships are a $150 (+ a $5 processing fee) membership application fee due upon applying, a $3,400 as a one-time initiation fee (includes tax) that is payable once you are off the waiting list, PLUS annual dues of $1,000.
