Tennis only membership waitlist (adult + one)
Dual tennis memberships include access to tennis, the tennis hut and pavilion, bocce, pickleball, social events and more. Adult plus one tennis-only memberships are a $100 (+ a $4 processing fee) membership application fee due upon applying, a $3,900 as a one-time initiation fee (includes tax) that is payable once you are off the waiting list, PLUS annual dues of $756 per person ($1,512 total), which can be paid in one lump sum or drafted on the 15th of each month.
The plus 1 must reside in the same household as the primary member and be at least 18 years of age, and the plus 1 member must be responsible for their own annual dues, ensuring full access to the club’s tennis facilities and programs.
